How We Work
Orthopaedic Care, From Diagnosis To Recovery
1
Initial Consultation
We begin by listening. At your first visit, Dr. Parth Patel takes time to understand your pain, injury, medical history and daily activities.
2
Accurate Diagnosis
A detailed examination of the bone or joint, with X-ray, MRI or blood tests when needed, to find the exact cause of the problem.
3
Personalized Treatment Plan
Medicines, physiotherapy or injections first, and surgery such as arthroscopy, joint replacement or fracture fixation only when truly needed, with follow-up until full recovery.

FAQs
Common Questions From Our Patients
Bone, joint and spine problems of all ages: fractures and accident injuries, knee and hip arthritis, joint pain, back and neck pain, sports injuries and ligament tears.
No. You can book directly by calling us or visiting the hospital. If you have old X-rays, MRI reports or prescriptions, please bring them along.
Bring any previous reports, X-rays, MRI or CT scans, and the list of medicines you are taking. Wear loose, comfortable clothes so the affected joint can be examined easily.
No. Most patients improve with medicines, physiotherapy, lifestyle changes or injections. Surgery is advised only when these do not give enough relief or the damage is severe.
When arthritis pain stops you from walking, climbing stairs or sleeping, and medicines and physiotherapy no longer help. Dr. Patel will examine you and your X-rays before advising surgery.
Most patients walk with support in the first weeks and return to daily activities in about 6 to 12 weeks. Full recovery depends on age, health and regular physiotherapy.
Arthroscopy is keyhole surgery. A small camera and instruments are passed through tiny cuts to see and repair problems inside the joint, mainly the knee and shoulder.
It is done under anaesthesia, so you feel no pain during surgery. Because the cuts are small, pain after surgery is usually less and recovery is faster than open surgery.
Keep the injured part still, apply a cold pack, and come to the hospital as soon as possible. Do not try to straighten the bone or massage the area.
No. Many fractures heal with a plaster, splint or brace. Surgery is needed when the bone is badly displaced, broken in many pieces, or involves a joint.
